Another year, another chapter of creating, designing, and keeping creativity alive. 2025 was one for the books filled with ambitious projects, incredible clients, and those unforgettable moments when everything just clicks. From early morning brainstorms to late-night design tweaks, we poured our hearts into every single project we worked on. This year, we had 72 discovery calls/inquiries and each one taught something or another. Here's how this year unfolded for us further in projects at Gulabi Mango.
Worked on 22 Projects
This year, we brought 22 projects to life and honestly? Each one felt different and interesting and challenging to work at. Some were bold and loud, others were minimal and refined, speaking in whispers that somehow said everything. We worked on brand identities that felt like they'd always existed, packaging designs that made people pause mid-scroll, and creative solutions that solved problems we didn't even know were there.
Every project taught us something new. Every client brought a different energy. And every single one reminded us why we love what we do, turning ideas into something tangible, something real, something that goes out into the world and makes its mark.
Travelled to 13 Cities
2025 took us places, literally! We traveled to 13 cities this year & took 26 flights, whether it was for client meetings that turned into creative workshops, conferences that expanded our minds, or simply exploring new spaces that fed our curiosity. There's something about being in a new place that shifts your perspective. Different architecture, different energy, different creative openings (some better than others, let's be honest).
Each city left its imprint on us. We returned with notebooks full of ideas, phones full of inspiration photos, and minds buzzing with possibilities. Because good design doesn't happen in a room, it happens when you're out there, absorbing, observing, and staying curious about the world around you.
Showed Up To 4 Conferences
We attended 4 conferences this year in DC, San Jose, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and they were exactly what we needed. Not just the sessions and the speakers, but also the conversations in between, the coffee break chats, the "wait, how did you solve that problem?" moments, the connections that turned into collaborations.
Conferences remind us that we're part of something bigger. That design is constantly evolving, that there's always more to learn, and that the best ideas often come from the most unexpected places. We came back from each one inspired, energized, and ready to push our work even further.
Helped Built 8 CPG Brands
Consumer packaged goods are our sweet spot, and this year we worked with 8 CPG brands to create identities and packaging that don't just sit on shelves, they command consumer attention. From food and beverage to beauty and wellness, we helped brands find their voice, define their look, and connect with the people who matter most: their customers.
There's something special about CPG work. It's intimate. It's personal. It's the product someone picks up at the store, brings home, and interacts with every single day. That kind of connection demands thoughtfulness, strategy, and design that feels both fresh and familiar. We loved every minute of working on them.
Delivered 4 Packaging Projects
Speaking of packaging, we delivered 4 packaging projects this year, each one a little labor of love.
Packaging is where art meets science. It has to look good, yes, but it also has to work, protecting the product, communicating the brand, standing out in a crowded market. We obsessed over every detail: the weight of the paper, the finish of the print, the way the light hits the label. Because when someone holds your packaging in their hands, it's not just a container, it's an experience.
Took 6 Websites Live
Digital experiences matter just as much as physical ones, and this year we designed and launched 6 websites that brought brands to life online. Each site was built with intention, every scroll, every click, every hover interaction carefully thought through.
We didn't just want websites that looked pretty (though they definitely do). We wanted sites that worked, sites that told the brand stories best, guided users effortlessly, and converted visitors into customers. From e-commerce platforms to portfolio sites, each one was crafted to reflect the unique personality of the brand behind it. Clean, functional, beautiful.
Managed 7 Social Media Accounts
Behind every perfectly timed post, every engaging story, and every caption that made you smile, there's a whole lot of strategy, creativity, and discipline. This year, we managed 7 social media accounts, making sure each one stayed authentic, consistent, and true to the brand.
For us, social media is about building community, sparking conversations, and showing up in a way that feels genuine. We spent this year crafting content that resonated, planning campaigns that performed, and adapting to the ever-changing algorithms that keep us all on our toes. It's fast-paced, it's challenging, and honestly? We love it.
4 Team Members Joined The Fam
This year, we grew up into a family of 7, all women celebrating each other every chance they get! Working as a team, we went through so much together, the ups and downs, the wins and the losses, everything was equally shared. Each one of us became inspiration for one another, and motivated each other to bring out our best. Not a team but a family who works together, learns together & grows together!
Published 10 Blogs On Our Website
Words have power, and this year we published 10 blogs, sharing insights, stories, lessons learned as an agency, and glimpses behind the scenes at Gulabi Mango. Some were reflective, some were practical, and some were just us thinking out loud about design, creativity, and what it means to build something you're proud of.
Blogging keeps us honest. It makes us slow down and articulate what we're learning, what we're excited about, and what we think matters. Every blog is a little snapshot of where we are at that moment, a record of our journey that we hope resonates with others on theirs.
What 2025 Taught Us
This year reminded us that growth doesn't always look like more. Sometimes it looks like deeper relationships with clients who trust us with their vision, deeper creative explorations that push us out of our comfort zone, deeper understanding of our own process and what makes us tick & deeper connection with the team you work with.
We learned that every project, no matter the size or budget, deserves the same level of care and attention. That the best work happens when we're having fun and not taking ourselves too seriously. That collaboration always beats competition. And that at the end of the day, it's the people, the clients, the partners, the team that make this work meaningful.
